3 ounce pours of each wine

NV Bisol Prosecco Brut jeio, Veneto, Italy

NV Campos D’Estellas Cava Brut, Penedès, Spain

 

Kumomoto Oyster on half shell & BBQ Oysters

 

 

Second Course:

3 ounce pours of each wine

NV Albrecht Crémant d’ Alsace Brut Rosé, France

NV Mumm Napa Brut Rosé, California

 

Skuna Bay Salmon,

Wilted Leeks, Colorado Creamer Potatoes,

Asparagus, Tobiko Caviar, Beurre Rosé
