Paul Wasserman has spent his entire adult life as a purveyor of fine wines and specializing on Burgundy. Paul grew up in Burgundy after his family relocated there when he was a child. Paul and his brother Peter are known as some of the leading wine professionals working in the U.S. today. Burgundy is considered to have the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the world. The Wassermans are one of the first importers of these wines as well as having one of the top portfolios of featuring these varietals in the world. Their Champagnes are all grower producers. Which as we know makes a better product at a better price and is the “New Rage”.
This will be a very unique experience that only comes around once in a lifetime.
