Restaurant Week means a darn good deal

Let’s start with the deal. Our food is delicious – La Tour Restaurant and Bar’s owner and chef Paul Ferzacca has maintained his flare in the kitchen and only plates food that he knows people will love. Starting today – Friday – and running through October 6 is your chance to try a variety of Ferzacca’s dinner and lunch entrees at a great price.

La Tour is participating in the 2013 Vail Beaver Creek Restaurant Week, reducing prices on dinner entrees to $20.13 – get it? We will also be serving up all of our lunch tartines and entrees for $12.95 in addition to 50% off select bottles of wine.

Dinner entrees include the locals-favorite Crispy Panko Chicken Paillard with crème fraîche potato purèe, asparagus, heirloom cherry tomatoes, capers and beurre blanc. Also, the Colorado Lamb Trio that consists of braised lamb shoulder and ricotta ravioli, house smoked lamb bacon and lamb meatball.

Lunch entrees include our pan roasted skuna bay salmon salad, bouillabaisse and pork carbonara. If your mouth isn’t already watering, know that these are only a few of the great dinner and lunch entrees that will be on special during Restaurant Week.

Also, so you don’t miss out, there are only two Sundays left of our Sunday brunch that includes egg dishes, some lunch items, freshly baked breads and, of course, bottomless mimosas.

The summer may be winding down, and the mountain isn’t open yet, but the fall colors look spectacular from our patio – especially over a great deal on lunch, dinner and wine.
