$15-$17 per hour DOE

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

2+ years of fine dining experience.

Must be able to bring a positive attitude to work.

Enjoy working with finest seasonal ingredients available.

Have respect for the entire team.

Own your own knives + know how to keep them sharp and clean.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Have intelligence, memory, and organizational skills to handle a fast paced cooking environment.

Duties to include but not limited to; prep, Line cooking and sanitation.
