Feed your soul and your appetite with owner Amy Morton as she hosts a dinner and orchestrates an evening laced with interactive moments drawn from the menu’s flavors and chef’s passions to inspire conversation, reflection and creativity.
Spring comes alive when Chef Nicole Pederson cooks a five-course, sit down dinner with fellow Chefs from near and far that have inspired her most: Mike Simmons of Root Stock in Chicago, Paul Ferzacca of La Tour in Vail, Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe in Chicago and Melissa Trimmer who is the Lead Pastry Chef Instructor of Le Cordon Blue in Chicago.
Find out what inspires them as they cook side by side with a kitchen team filled by Inspiration Kitchen’s Culinary Arts students. Each course will be paired with wines, and 100% of net proceeds from this adventure will go to Inspiration Corporation.
Tickets are $80 (exclusive of tax and gratuity). 100% Net Proceeds to benefit the Inspiration Café.
